Once we discussed those options and selected what we wanted, the TV was delivered and quickly and professionally installed on the scheduled day. I needed a TV mount that needed to move in ways that no single existing mount would do (pivot, swivel, move in and out, and also up and down. They didn't flinch. They requested a few days to "figure it out". And they did! They literally customized a solution by attaching one mount to another mount (along with some custom work) to make magic.
